Happy Royal Wedding Anniversary!

Can you believe this was already two years ago? It was so much fun waking up at the crack of dawn and watching this beautiful day unfold.

What's so cool is that even if you weren't at the wedding or in London you really felt like just by watching you were part of a little piece of history.

I love this picture so much, especially because you can see William's smile when he's kissing Kate <3 and now they're having a baby!!!!!

Yay!! It's Bridesmaid Monday!

I was driving downtown last weekend and saw a wedding coming out of church! (Did I maybe stop traffic to look...I'd rather not say)

Anyways, the bridesmaid dresses were this beautiful champagne color, I thought they looked so beautiful and it really complimented the bride's ivory colored gown.

It might be a turn off to some people because champagne is too close to ivory but when the bride is pictured with all the bridesmaid, the ivory really stands out from the champagne!

I am obsessed with this dress and thought she looked so stunning and perfect.

New bike!!

Yesterday I bought my first grown up bike and I'm so excited! It's a cruiser bike that I got from High Gear Cyclery in Millburn.

I've already gotten great use from it, me and Dave biked through two parks this weekend and made a list of places to bike this summer. Hopefully we can also bike through Washington DC either this summer or next summer :)

Wedding Tips!

Happy Friday!!!!!!!

The weather today is so cold and rainy -- a total 180 from the beautiful sunny days we've been spoiled with this week.

But this weather has inspired my wedding tip for the week and is really applicable to spring/summer weddings...

If you're picking a venue for your wedding because it has a beautiful outdoor space...STOP RIGHT THERE! Make sure before you put down a deposit that the venue is ready for a plan B in case of inclement weather. What happens a lot is that the venue doesn't accomodate for a ceremony inside so if the weather is acting up, they'll arrange for the ceremony to be in the reception space.

Something to think about especially if you're planning a spring or summer wedding! Hope you have a great day :D

Hope everyone is doing well! So it's finally Friday yay!!!! And that means it's time for some wedding tips!!

If you are looking to save money for your wedding or really any event, consider hosting it on a Friday instead of a Saturday. Events on Fridays are usually much less expensive which is great for anyone on a budget (which is pretty much everyone). Of course, the easiest way to cut costs for your wedding is to minimize the guest list but if that's too difficult think about a Friday wedding instead.
